Baijnath Temple, Kausani

Baijnath Temple

Baijnath Temple
View of Baijnath Temple in Katyuri Valley, Kausani which is only 16 km away from the main town area of Kausani. The temple was built in the 12th century and it is believed that the marriage of Lord Shiva and Parvati took place at the meeting point of River Gomati and Garur Ganga. The statue of Vishnu (the main deity) is famous for its artistic value as well. A must watch place if you travelled to Kausani with great scenic views.................
